I. Highlights of the Program
The conference officially kicked off with a vibrant opening dance, instantly igniting the
enthusiasm of the entire audience with its cheerful rhythm and festive atmosphere. The
erhu performance was stirring and melodious; the guzheng solo was gentle and elegant,
showcasing a unique blend of traditional folk music and popular melodies; deeply moving
songs conveyed warmth and strength; diverse dance styles captivated the audience; and
a series of performances including poetry recitations, jazz dance, drum set music, and
classic opera were staged, demonstrating the multifaceted talents and vibrant spirit of
People's Cable employees, eliciting thunderous applause and continuous laughter from
the audience.
II. Grand Recognition Ceremony
The recognition ceremony was solemn and honorable. The conference presented awards
to the 2025 Fourth Quarter Red Flag Departments, Red Flag Teams, Proposal Improvement
Awards, Annual Little Bee Awards, Publicity Ambassadors, and Annual Advanced Workers.
The conference also highlighted the top-performing team in sales revenue collection, sales
elites, sales champions, sales leaders, and those who exceeded production targets.
Following this, the conference presented awards to loyal long-term employees, as well
as the Top Ten Individuals of the Year, People's Heroes, and many other honors. At the
same time, plaques were awarded to all-weather strategic partners. This high-level
ceremony paid tribute to every dedicated and hardworking individual and colleague,
inspiring all employees to emulate the advanced and the accomplished, working together
to achieve even greater success. The event was full of surprises, with generous New Year's
red envelopes bringing the atmosphere to a climax. The fulfillment of promises was carried
out with great force, the group's New Year's blessing video was full of warmth, and all
family members took a group photo to capture the beautiful moments.
III. Kneeling in Gratitude
Two heartwarming segments, kneeling in gratitude and paying homage, were specially
arranged at the event, deeply moving and touching the hearts of the attendees. During
the kneeling ceremony, the top ten individuals of the year and those recognized as
meritorious citizens knelt before their parents, expressing their gratitude for their
upbringing with the most sincere and solemn traditional Chinese etiquette, thus carrying
on the virtues of filial piety and respect for elders, and allowing the culture of filial piety
to take root in the company. The worship ceremony, unique to People's Cable Group and
characterized by its simplicity and sincerity, paid tribute to outstanding individuals,
expressed gratitude for their companionship, and thanked the company platform, paying
homage to hard work, initial aspirations, and responsibilities. These heartwarming scenes,
sincere expressions of gratitude, and solemn promises profoundly illustrated the warm,
compassionate, responsible, and enduring corporate culture of People's Cable, deeply
moving and warming the hearts of every member of the family present.
This commendation ceremony was not only a celebration of honor and recognition, but
