0.6/1kV Cu/XLPE/STA/PVC Insulated Power Cable

Introduction

XLPE insulated power cables for rated voltages of 1 kV (Um = 1,2 kV) is used to transmit power on the power transmission and distribution line of A.C.50Hz, rated voltage 1kV or below. They are well adapted to underground use in industrial applications with an additional mechanical protection. These cables can be fixed on cable trays, within conduits or fixed to walls.

Introduction

from 1 kV (Um = 1,2 kV) up to 30 kV (Um = 36 kV)
Part 1: Cables for rated voltages of 1 kV (Um = 1,2 kV) and 3 kV (Um = 3,6 kV)

Instruction of Application

--Rated Voltage: 0.6/1kV
--The ambient temperature for cable installation :≥0 0C
--This maximum working temperature of the conductor is 90 0C;
--During having a short (lasting less than 5 seconds) the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not be above 250 0C;
--Bending radius allowance of the cable:
Single core cable: 20(D+d)±5%
Multi core cable: 15(D+d)±5%
D-Actual outer diameter of cable sample(mm);
d-Actual diameter of the conductor(mm).
