Copper core elastomer insulated PVC sheathed anti-aging wire is a high-performance cable, whose core features are reflected in the material combination and protection technology. Rated voltage 450/750V, 2.5mm² specification current carrying capacity up to 28A (laid in air), power transmission efficiency ≥98%, elastomer insulation layer with multi-strand twisted copper core design, can withstand more than 500 bending tests without breaking, suitable for mobile devices or frequent vibration scenes.
Conductor: Using high-purity electrolytic copper core (purity ≥99.95%), stable conductivity and low
resistivity.
Insulation: Usually cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) is used.
Sheath layer structure: thickness 1.0-1.5mm, using corrugated structure to enhance compressive
strength (can withstand ≥2000N radial pressure).
Rated voltages: 450/750V
Ambient temperature: can work for a long time in the temperature range of -15℃ to 70℃.
