Introduction of N2XBY Copper Conductor XLPE Insulation Power Cable
XLPE insulated power cables for rated voltages up to 0.6/1 kV are fit for AC 50Hz distribution lines for the same rated voltages. The mechanical and electrical properties of these cables are accordant with GB/T12706—2008 ( Power cables extruded insulation and their accessories of rated voltagesl kV(Umz1.2kV)up to ) and IEC-60502—1 :2004 ( Extruded insulation power cables and appendites for rated voltages 1kV up to 30kV)
Instruction of Application
1. Rated Voltage: 0.6/1kV
2. Max.permissible operating temperature of conductor is 90℃.
3. Conductor short-circuit temperature shall not exceed 250℃ Max. sustaining period shall not exceed 5 seconds.
4. Bending Radius
Bending radius of single core cable:15(D+d)±5%
Bending radius of multi core cable:12(D+d)±5%
D-Actual outer diameter of cable sample(mm);
d-Actual diameter of the conductor(mm).
5. No restriction of level difference along the route for installation.
6. Installation temperature shall be heated when ambient temperature is below 0℃
